Scheduling an appointment with a provider is quick and easy. Visits are completed by phone or Zoom. A $25 deposit is collected to ensure your appointment. You will be connected with a provider who has at least 20 years of experience in this field.

Initial Consultations are typically 45 to 60 minutes in length. Please be sure to complete your health history questionnaire prior to your appointment. Consultations are $100 ($75 plus your $25 deposit).

Follow up appointments are typically ~15 minutes. Frequency of follow up appointments is determined through multiple factors and is at the discretion of the provider. Follow up appointments are $50 *You must be a Montana Resident
